At Applecreek Apartments, trash removal, water, and sewage are included in the rental price of your apartment home. Residents will also have access to our swimming pool with sundeck, community laundry facilities, pet park, and playground, making Applecreek the perfect place to call home.

At Applecreek Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Applecreek Apartments, the application fee is $35 per adult applicant and is non-refundable.
At Applecreek Apartments, residents are responsible for electric, water & sewage, internet, and phone/cable.
Applecreek Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $300 pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. $150 of the pet deposit is refundable at move-out, pending any potential damages. Additionally, there is a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
Applecreek Apartments is located within the Anderson Community School District. Nearby schools include: Erskine Elementary, Highland Middle School, and Anderson Community High School.
Applecreek Apartments do offer some income-based housing programs. To learn more about the specific programs our community offers, please contact the leasing office.
Residents of Applecreek Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
At Applecreek Apartments, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, there are Carports avaialbe for $30/month or Garages for $60/month.
Residents of Applecreek Apartments can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call (833) 690-6171.
